Three end-to-end walkthroughs, in the order you'll actually adopt them. Every command is copy-pasteable; every output shown is the real shape of what the tool prints.
1 · A single-repo feature
The everyday loop: bootstrap once, then spec → plan → build → review one feature by hand. Learn where the gates are and what each artifact looks like.
AUTONOMOUS2 · The board runner
File one-line tickets; a laptop runner drafts, asks its questions on the ticket, builds, and opens PRs. You reply and approve — async.
MULTI-REPO3 · A multi-repo product
An API + a web client as one product: one cross-repo spec with touchpoints, per-part plans, and a build fan-out — a PR in each repo.
Throughout: prefix any command with SDD_MODEL=sonnet to run the AI stages on a
cheaper model. The stages reuse your Claude Code login; with no auth they fall back to a
form.
